Notify us as soon as possible to begin processing your claim
Step 2: Gather the Required Documents
Ensure you have the following certified copies:
- Death certificate
- ID document or passport of the deceased
- Notification of Death form (DHA 1663) from the Department of Home Affairs
- Proof of banking details
- Completed Neighbour Funeral Group Scheme claim form
